Amala Paul tax evasion case: Amala Paul‘s tax evasion case has become the hot topic of discussion. Puducherry police are getting ready to file a charge sheet against Amala Paul and once the charge sheet filed the actress has to attend the court or it may lead to arrest as well.
Kerala Crime Branch is going to file charge sheet on National Award-winning actor and BJP Rajya Sabha member Suresh Gopi and actress Amala Paul again in connection with forging documents and faking address to register her luxury vehicle in Puducherry to evade tax. The sources say that the charge sheets will be submitted in court within a month.
Both Amala Paul and Suresh Gopi registered their luxury vehicles with their fake addresses in Puducherry to avoid the huge tax. The Crime branch has found that the cheating was done with the knowledge of the dealers and agents. As the taxes are very high in Kerala, both Amala Paul and Suresh Gopi opted this route to evade high tax.
Amala Paul said that she has rented a house in Puducherry so that she could stay there when she goes there for shoot of her movies, and that the address provided was that of this accommodation.
On the otherside, recently when Crime Branch sleuths checked the address, they came to know that the house is not given on rent. It is a three-storey apartment complex where several families live. According to them, Amala Paul has submitted the fake document and the house owner has also denied that he gave his house to Amala Paul on rent. The Crime Branch sleuths also said that some others had also registered their cars in the same address.
According to the latest update, Puducherry police are getting ready to file a charge sheet against Amala Paul and Suresh Gopi after the investigation of tax evasion case. Amala Paul is tight lipped on this issue. She didn’t respond yet. Once the charge sheet filed Amala Paul has to attend the court or it may lead to arrest as well.
On the wokside, Amala Paul will be next seen in Tamil movie Raatchasan and Malayalam movie Aadujeevitham, which are in different production stage.
