In Tollywood, Keerthy Suresh was last seen in Mahanati, the biopic of South Indian legendary actress Savitri, directed by Nag Ashwin, which was turned out hit at the box office. After the release of Mahanati, till date, Keerthy Suresh did not sign any Telugu movie and recently during the media interaction, the actress has already revealed that she will not act in any biopic in future. Now according to the latest update, Keerthy Suresh is getting ready to act in another women centric movie. The sources say that the makers have come up with a superb script which will elevate Keerthy Suresh after the super success of Mahanati.
If everything will go accordingly Keerthy Suresh starrer upcoming untitled female oriented film will be helmed by newcomer Narendra and will bankrolled by Mahesh Koneru of East Coast Productions. The other cast of the film will be out very soon.
South Indian actresses are gearing up for some women-centric roles. Post wedding Samantha Akkineni is also focusing on women centric movies. Her last offering U Turn was also female oriented movie and she received lot of applause.
Keerthy Suresh, the daughter of producer Suresh Kumar and actress Menaka, made her debut as a child actress in the early 2000s and returned to fill lead roles after completing an education in fashion design. She made her debut as an actress in the 2013 Malayalam film Geethaanjali and signed up for films in Tamil and Telugu as well. Keerthy Suresh made her Telugu debut with Nenu Sailaja starring Ram Pothineni which was decent hit at the box office. Later she shared the screen space with Power Star Pawan Kalyan in Agnyaathavaasi. Though the movie was bombed but she received lot of applause for her performance. Now after Mahanati, Keerthy Suresh is making her comeback in Telugu film Industry again with Narendra’s directorial venture.
