SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali 2:The Conclusion starring Young Rebel Star Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia and Ramya Krishna, has already started creating records at the China box office even before its release. Baahubali 2 is scheduled to hit the theaters on 4th May in China.
According to the latest update, Baahubali 2 has already earned $250K through pre-sales and advance booking in China. Ramesh Bala- the trade analyst and industry tracker wrote on the wall of Twitter, “#Baahubali2 to open in 7,000+ Screens in #China on May 4th. It has already done $250,000 in Pre-sales. No.1 in advance booking for the New movies opening on May 4th.”
In this manner Baahubali 2 has already crushed the record of Aaamir Khan’s Dangal which was released on 7000 screens but became fail to beat Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
Salman Khan starrer blockbuster film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is the widest Indian release in China after it had garnered 8000 plus screens.
