Balakrishna’s eyes on Mufti Remake: Balayya to turn Gangster again Nandamuri Balakrishna who was last seen  in hit movie  Jai Simha, is all set to commence the shoot of his next upcoming film, the biopic of his father and legendary actor Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, the later Chief Minister of United Andhra Pradesh, in the direction of Teja who is basking in the glory of his previous offering Nene Raju Nene Mantri starring Rana Daggubati and Kajal Aggarwal. The film has been titled as ‘NTR’. According to the latest buzz in the film Industry,  Balayya is keen on remaking Kannada blockbuster film Mufti, which was released  in 2017.

Mufti,  neo-noir action crime thriller film directed by Narthan, and  produced by Jayanna Combines, in which Shiva Rajkumar played the lead role. The film is all about the story of a police Officer, played by Sriimurali, who tracks down and confronts an underworld boss, played by Shiva Rajkumar.

Earlier Shiva Rajkumar and Balayya Babu have shared the screen space in Krish’s directorial venture Gautamiputra Satakarni.

 Balakrishna is expected to watch Mufti after NTR’s launch to decide on remaking the film in Telugu.  Recently Balayya was seen essaying the role of gangster in  Puri Jagannadh’s Paisa Vassol. If everything will go accordingly,  once again he will be seen essaying the role of gangster.
