Anasuya Bharadwaj is playing the role of ACP in her next upcoming woman centric movie Kathanam. Recently the makers released the first look poster of Anasuya Bharadwaj from Kathanam on social media sites, which grabbed several eyeballs. Number of celebrities showered their praises for Anasuya’s look. Anasuya Bharadwaj appears to be a serious writer and her narration seems to be the story of this suspense thriller. Anasuya wrote on her Twitter,” I want to put it as a question.. so.. can I?? So my question is.. when any film releases having the male actor as the main/lead actor on the poster.. no one says male oriented.. but if the same happens with a female actor as the lead actor on the poster why the terms come up like “female-oriented” “women-oriented” etc?? Please don’t take me wrong.. its a genuine concern.. all of us.. as actors play characters kada.. every character is important in its own space.. the contribution is important be it male female supporting male supporting female comedian male comedian female..phew! We all are playing chatacters.. I guess the right addressing should be like “so and so in the main lead” or “she and him as the lead actors” etc.. fair enough no??
