Recently Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu forayed into Kollywood with AR Murugadoss’s Spyder and now it is the turn of another  Telugu actor and he is none other than Dynamite star Manchu Vishnu. He is set  to try his luck in K’town with a Tamil film. The son of veteran actor Mohan Babu is debuting in a Tamil-Telugu  bilingual film ‘Kural 388’, which is titled as Voter in Telugu.

Directed by GS Karthik,  in which Surabhi is playing the female lead. Kural 388 is set against the political backdrop. Recently during the media interaction,  Karthik spoke about the project and said, “ Voter has a universal concept and would go well with the audiences. The film delves into how a voter is the most powerful man in a democratic set up. But at the end of the day, he/she seldom gets the due respect, which is the crux of the movie.” The plot is built on the 388th  ‘Thirukkural’, which talks about how a king will be considered a god when he protects his subjects. He adds, “Manchu Vishnu was also keen on making a mark in Tamil as the audiences here are receptive to good content."

Apart from the lead pair,  the film has other stars also like  Nasser, Sampath and Thalaivasal Vijay in supporting role. Popular journalist Ravishankar has penned the Tamil dialogues for this film and the music is composed by  Thaman. The makers are planning to release the  first look of the film very soon. Let’s wait and see how Manchu Vishnu impresses the Tamil audiences.
