Young actor Varun Tej who has delivered back to back hit movies like Fidaa and Tholi Prema will be next seen in Ghazi fame Sankalp Reddy’s direction for his next upcoming flick, which will be bankrolled by Krish and Rajeev Reddy. Varun Tej and Rajeev Reddy had previously worked together in National Award-winning war drama Kanche, in which the actor played a soldier. The regular shoot s going to be commenced from the last week of this month. It is known news that Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari who was seen in Mani Ratnam and Karthi’s Cheliyaa, will play the crucial role in this upcoming space thriller drama. Having recently made her Telugu debut with Indraganti Mohan Krishna’sromantic drama Sammohanam, this is going to be Aditi Rao’s second Telugu outing.
According to the latest buzz in the film Industry, Lavanya Tripathi has been approached to play the female lead in this film. Earlier both Varun and Lavanya have worked together in Mister, directed by Srinu Vaitla. Lavanya was last seen in Sai Dharam Tej starrer Inttelligent which was disaster at the box office.
The yet-untitled film will see Tej playing an astronaut and will mostly be shot in Georgia. This will be Rajeev Reddy’s second space film in Indian cinema after the upcoming Tamil film ‘Tik Tik Tik’. Gnana Sekhar VS, who had worked on Krish and Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Gauthamiputra Satakarni, has been finalised to crank the camera.
