All eyes are on Sukumar’s village based drama ‘Rangasthalam’, which is gearing up for grand release on 30th March. When the first look of Rangasthalam starring Ram Charan and Samantha Akkineni was out, it created a stir for the simple reason that Charan was seen in a dramatically different avatar.
The stylish, ever fashionable Ram Charan was embracing the mundu and vest like he was born in it. The colourful lungis teamed with a floral shirt and a full-grown grizzly beard brought character to Chitti Babu.
Currently the entire team is busy in the promotional activities of Rangasthalam and is leaving no stone unturned in increasing the curiosity about the film. Recently in an interview, Ram Charan revealed that his loving wife Upasana was scared of Jagapathi Babu after watching the theatrical trailer of Rangasthalam. Jagapathi Bbau did a terrific job as the president of the village. He has given wonderful performance.
Ram Charan also praised Samantha Akkineni, who is playing the female lead. Charan revealed that the director asked Samantha to get rid of city bed cuteness and behave like rustic village belle. Samantha has given her best. Her performance in the movie is natural.
