Story: Vijay (Bellamkonda Srinivas) is a sincere police officer who works under an officer named Chintakayala Avesam (Posani Krishna Murali). He loves Samyukta(Kajal) but suddenly she disappears. Vijay saves a girl (Mehreen) from kidnapping but he gets framed in the kidnapping. He has 24 hours to prove his innocence. What will Vijay do now? How will he prove his innocence? Where is Samyukta? To get these answers, one should watch the movie on silver screen.

Plus Points:

  • Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas’s performance
  • Kajal Aggarwal
  • Mehreen Kaur
  • Interval Bang
  • Climax

 Minus Points:

  • Flashback episode

Performance : Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas has given one of his career best performances in Kavacham. His mass stunts too have a certain classiness. His acting in high-voltage action scenes has to be seen to be believed. This is the best acting from him in the long time. Neil Nitin Mukesh as a villain has given terrific performance. Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead has provided glamour. Mehreen Kaur Pirzada  has done a very important role.  Posani Krishna Murali is good as the corrupt cop. Satyam Rajesh and Mukesh Rishi are just okay.

Technical: Best cinematography, top class visuals and top notch production values are hallmark of Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas movies. Chota K Naidu’s camera work is outstanding. The action and faction sequences are shot in absolutely terrific manner. The artwork is also superb. Thaman’s music is good but the background score is superb. Editing is just ok

Analysis: Overall Kavacham is a good entertainer cop drama. Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas has earned a name for himself for attempting different concepts or scripts. He is introduced in simple manner but the later he stuns. Interval bang and Climax are highlighted. Bellamkonda’s excellent performance and screen presence glues the audiences to the screens.
