SS Rajamouli heaps praise on Keerthy Suresh and Dulquer Salmaan for their performances in Mahanati.
Mahanati, the biopic of late veteran actor Savitri was released on 9th May in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Keerthy Suresh is playing Savitri whereas Dulquer Salmaan as Gemini Ganesan in Mahanati, helmed by Nag Ashwin.
Social media is getting flooded with reviews and opinions about Mahanati. Baahubali film maker SS Rajamouli watched Mahanati on Wednesday and is all praises for the performances of Dulquer Salmaan and Keerthy Suresh. Rajamouli shared his views on Twitter.
Rajamouli tweeted, “@KeerthyOfficial’s potrayal of Savitri garu is one of the finest performances I’ve ever seen. It is not just imitating. She brought the legendry actress back to life. @dulQuer is absolutely fantastic. I am his fan now.”

Apart from the lead pair, Mahanati has other stars like Samantha Akkineni, Vijay Deverakonda, Shalini Pandey, Banu Priya, Mohan Babu, Naga Chaitanya and Prakash Raj in supporting roles.
Dulquer Salmaan made his Telugu debut with Mahanati and the actor’s entry to Tollywood has struck gold. Everyone is praising the performance of Dulquer Salmaan. At the same time, the review has also praised the sensational performance of Keerthy Suresh.
