Today Kajal Aggarwal released the special teaser and revealed that Malavika Nair is playing Gemini Ganesan’s first wife Alamelu in Mahanati. She captioned it, “ This is the story of a woman, narrated by a woman and produced by two women! Yesterday the makers of Mahanati released the look of Mohan Babu’s SV Ranga Rao’s Ghatothkach from Telugu blockbuster ‘Maya Bazaar’. Mohan Babu is playing SV Ranga Rao in this much hype woman centric movie Mahanati. SVR was popularly known as “Viswa Nata Chakravarthi”. Rana Daggubati released special teaser yesterday and reveled that Dr Mohan Babu will be essaying the role of the iconic character. Samantha Akkineni and Vijay Devarakonda are playing the important role in Mahanati, directed by Nag Ashwin, bankrolled under the banner Vyjayanthi Movies whereas the music is scored by Mickey J Meyer. Mahanati is set to hit the theaters on 9th May.
