Mahesh Babu fails to beat Ram Charan on Small ScreenMahesh Babu’s Bharat Ane Nenu TRP has become the talk of town. Bharat Ane Nenu is a political drama in which Mahesh Babu and Kiara Advani played the lead role. The movie was directed by Koratala Siva and produced by DVV Danayya under the banner of DVV Entertainments whereas it has the music by Devi Sri Prasad. The movie was released on 20th April 2018 and it has world premiere last week. Now according to the latest update, Mahesh Babu starrer Bharat Ane Nenu has registered 14.6 TRP rating and it became fail to beat Ram Charan starrer Rangasthalam, which registered 19.5 TRP. Finally Mahesh Babu became fail to beat Ram Charan on small screen.

 Apart from the lead pair, Mahesh Babu and Kiara Advani, Bharat Ane Nenu has other stars like Prakash Raj, R. Sarathkumar, Devaraj, Posani Krishna Murali, Jayalalita, Saakshi Sivaa, Rao Ramesh, Ajay and Brahmaji in supporting role. The movie in which Mahesh Babu played the role of Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, was made on the budget of Rs 65 Cr whereas the movie collected Rs 149.5 Crs at the Worldwide box office in its full run. Bharat Ane Nenu became the 3rd highest-grossing Telugu movie of all time. The film’s dubbed versions were later released in Tamil as Bharat Ennum Naan and in Malayalam as Bharat Ennum Njan on 31 May 2018.  It earned around Rs 230 crores in its full theatrical run.

  On the otherside, currently Mahesh Babu is busy in his next upcoming film Maharshi, which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Vamsi Paidipally, in which Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead and Allari Naresh is playing supporting role. It is being bankrolled by by C. Ashwini Dutt, Dil Raju and Prasad V. Potluri, under the banners of Vyjayanthi Movies, Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema.
