After delivering blockbuster movie ‘Srimanthudu’, Superstar Mahesh Babu joined hands with Srikanth Addala for the family entertainer movie ‘Brahmotsavam’ which was released in 2016 and on its opening day, the movie received negative remarks by the movie lovers. Finally the movie turned out disaster at the box office. Three top actresses Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu ( Samantha Akkineni) and Pranitha Subhas played the female lead role. Sathyaraj, Revathi, Nasser, Sayaji Shinde, Jayasudha formed the supporting cast.
Brahmotsavam has been dubbed in Tamil as Anirudh. According to the latest update, the Tamil version of Brahmotsavam will be released in March. Very soon the makers will reveal the exact release date of Anirudh. Noted Tamil distribution house Bhadrakali Pictures is releasing Anirudh across Tamil Nadu.
On the otherside, currently Mahesh Babu is busy in his upcoming political thriller drama ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’, being helmed by Koratala Siva in which MS Dhoni:The Untold Story fame Kiara Advani is playing the female lead. The film is scheduled to hit the theaters on 27th April 2018.
