The Telugu remake of 2 States starring Adivi Sesh and Shivani- the elder daughter of Rajasekhar and Jeevitha has been launched recently. To be directed by debutant Venkat Reddy, a former associate of hit Telugu director VV Vinayak, the film will go on floors from 5th April in Hyderabad. After announcing the film’s ensemble cast, the makers have zeroed in on Miss Vijayawada Priya Chowdary for the film. According to the latest report, she will play a character called Neetu. The sources close to the film unit say that she will share screen space with the main leads in a few crucial scenes.
During the media interaction, the director said, “Beside the lead pair, Lissy and Aditya Meneon will also participate in the first schedule which is going to be started from 5th April. Over a period of 14 days, we will shoot some of the crucial scenes and we will go to Kolkata for the shoot in the month of May whereas the third schedule will be shot in the US. “
The upcoming remake is jointly produced by Lakshya Productions and People Media Factory whereas the music will be scored by Anup Rubens. The film has other stars like Rajat Kapoor. Bhagya Sree, Lissy, Priyadarshi, Rahul Ramakrishna, Vidyullekha Raman, Uttej and Hema in supporting role.
