Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, the elder son of King Nagarjuna, who is currently romancing with his wife Samantha Akkineni in his upcoming romantic entertainer Majili, has been approached for another upcoming movie, which will be helmed by Praveen Sattaru, who is currently helming Baahubali – Netflix series.
Apparently, Naga Chaitanya may join hands with Garuda Vega and Guntur Talkies director Praveen Sattaru for an upcoming film. The genre and production house of this film are yet to be revealed. The official announcement regarding this project is awaited.
The source say that “It’s not finalized yet, but Praveen Sattaru has verbally discussed his movie with Akkineni Naga Chaitanya. The actor has suggested a few changes to the script and will take a call after final narration. There is a possibility that the film might work out since Naga Chaitanya wants to work with Praveen Sattaru, who has made several thought-provoking films in the past.”
Naga Chaitanya made his debut with the film Josh and the actor gained the lover boy image as well as a decent family hero image. Now, he is busy with Majili, which is being directed by Shiva Nirvana.
Praveen Sattaru grabbed the award with the film Chandamama Kathalu and was also successful in delivering a hit to Dr Rajasekhar with the film PSV Garuda Vega.
It is known news that Baahubali : Before the Beginning- the web series will have nine episodes in the first season, and will be jointly directed by Deva Katta and Praveen Sattaru. The Baahubali prequel is an adaptation of the book — The Rise of Sivagami, written by Anand Neelakantan.
On the otherside, Naga Chaitanya was last seen in action entertainer Savyasachi, which was bombed at the box office and apart from Majili, he will also be seen sharing the screen space with Venkatesh Daggubati in upcoming multistarrer Venky Mama.
