Nani, the actor who is popular for his natural performance, has already announced his next upcoming project ‘Jersey’. We have already reported that Nani will be seen playing a cricketer in this sport based drama, which will be helmed by Gautham Thinnanuri of Malli Raava fame and bankrolled by Sitara Entertainments banner. According to the latest buzz in the film Industry, the makers have approached Kashmira Pardeshi to play the female lead role. It is known news that Nani will be seen in dual role and the makers have already roped Reba Monica John, the cousin of Anu Emmanuel, to play one of the female lead. And now they are bringing Kashmira Pardeshi on the board to play another female lead in Jersey.
Kashmira Pardeshi was recently seen in Naga Shaurya starrer Narthanashala. Though the film has turned out flop at the box office but the performance of its cast received lot of applause. The sources said that Gautham Thinnanuri is very impressed with the performance of Kashmira Paradesai and planning to rope her in his directorial venture.
It has also come out that Kashmira Paradesai has been handpicked as one of the leading ladies in a Tamil film starring G.V. Prakash and Siddharth. The director Sasi of Pichaikkaran fame who was impressed with Kashmira Paradesai’s expressions and her work in ad films, has approached her and narrated the script. The NIFT graduate from Mumbai will soon start taking Tamil classes for her Kollywood debut.
Nani’s previous offering Krishnarjuna Yuddham was also dud at the box office in which he was paired with Rukshar Dhillon. Currently the actor is busy in controversial reality show Bigg Boss 2. On the otherside, he is also busy in his upcoming multistarrer movie Devadas, in which Akkineni Nagarjuna is also playing the lead role.
