Actress Taapsee Pannu has been overnight sensation after delivering woman centric movie ‘Pink’ in which she got the golden opportunity to share the screen space with Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan.
The movie was specially screened for Rajasthan Police and later it was invited for a special screening at the United Nations headquarters in New York City.
On Saturday, both the stars Big B and Taapsee were invited to watch the movie along with President of India, Pranab Mukherjee as it was specially screened at the Rashtrapati Bhavan. The entire team of Pink including Andrea Tariang, director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury and producer Shoojit Sircar watched the movie.
After the special screening, the President felicitated the artists of the film Pink at Rashtrapati Bhavan. President of India's official Facebook page shared few photographs from the evening and wrote, “ The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee felicitation the artists after witnessing the Special Screening of the Hindi Feature Film 'Pink' at Rashtrapati Bhavan Auditorium on February 25, 2017.”
The actress Taapse Pannu also took to Twitter and wrote, "WHAT AN HONOUR! #Pink with The Honourable President of India and then a dinner hosted by him, sitting right next to him. #Unbelievable," she wrote.
