No stopping Rangasthalam in the US: Ram Charan film crosses $2 millionWe have already reported that  Ram Charan and Samantha Akkineni  starrer village based drama Rangasthalam has surpassed $1.50 million mark at US box office in just two days and become the highest grosser movie for Charan after beating the record of his previous offering Dhruva.

 Sukumar’s directorial venture was premieres in nearly 200 screens and earned $706,612 at the US box office Thursday. Idlebrain Jeevi tweeted, “#Rangasthalam collects $706,612 through premieres from 165 USA locations with per location average of $4,292. Excellent “

According to the traders report, Rangasthalam has collected $645,114 at the US box office on its second day, taking its total collection to $1,939,890 in the country. Idlebrain Jeevi has also confirmed this news via his tweet, “#Rangasthalam collects $645,114 from 167 USA locations with per location average of $3,863 on Saturday. Total gross is $1,939,890. It will touch $2M in few hours! Superb!! “

Rangasthalam has become the ninth Telugu film to join the club of the movies that have crossed the $2 million mark at the US box office. Ram Charan’s movie is expected to crush the record of Jr. NTR & Rakul Preet Singh’s Nannaku Prematho ($2.02 million), Varun Tej & Sai Pallavi’s Fidaa ($2.06 million), Pawan Kalyan & Keerthy Suresh’s  Agnyaathavaasi ($2.06 million) and   Chiranjeevi & Kajal Aggarwal’s Khaidi No.150 ($2.44 million).
