Prabhas, is currently working with Sujeeth Reddy for his upcoming action and romantic entertainer Saaho. Earlier it was heard that Prabhas is playing the role of a cop in the movie but later there was also a buzz in the film Industry that he will be seen essaying gangster. Now according to the new rumour, Prabhas, will be seen playing jewel thief in Saaho.
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor who is playing the love interest of Prabhas in Saaho,will be essaying a badass character, say the sources. In a media interaction, Prabhas talked about Sharddha Kapoor and said, “I have never worked with a Bollywood actor before and she is the best choice for the role. We are very lucky to have her on board.” Prabhas also opened up about Shraddha Kapoor role and said, “Her character is not just like coming and going or just there for the songs. The character is very important and adds a lot of weight to the story. It is one of the most important characters in Saaho. She is a very hard-working actor and she is very comfortable on the sets. “
Apart from the lead pair, Saaho has other stars like Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Mandira Bedi, Mahesh Manjrekar, Chunky Pandey and others in supporting roles. We have already reported that T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar has joined hands with UV Creations to present the film in Northern markets of India.
Touted to be a modern action flick, Saaho will be Prabhas’ return to the big screen after Baahubali series (Baahubali:The Beginning, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion). Extensively shot in and outside India, Saaho has a strong team of technicians backing the star cast. Saaho is said to be high on action with several high-octane sequences. Recently the makers canned couple of chase sequences in the Dubai, which is said to be one of the major highlights of Saaho, which is being bankrolled by Vamsi and Pramod under the banner of UV Creations.
