Ram Charan and Samantha Akkineni’s latest rural drama Rangasthalam, which released amid much fanfare on Friday, has stormed the box-office – both domestic and overseas. The movie has opened to rave reviews and critics have hailed Ram Charan’s point on act as the hearing impaired villager, who has a knack for fixing machines, Chittibabu.
There is a good news for Mega fans! Ram Charan has crushed Baahubali’s record. Rangasthalam, directed by Sukumar, has raked in Rs 15.7 Cr in both Telugu States- Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on the 2nd day and has crushed the record Baahubali:The Beginning which earned Rs 13.8 Cr Gross. Rangasthalam record stand only next to Baahubali:The Conclusion.
Apart from the lead pair, the film has other stars like Aadhi Pinisetty, Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya Bharadwaj and others in supporting role. The big budget film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and it has the music by Devi Sri Prasad.
