Devi Sri Prasad doesn’t need an introduction to the Indian audience, as he is one of the most enigmatic music composers. DSP has done a handful of big-budget films featuring top stars. The sensational music composer is known for the explosive entertaining numbers and electrifying stage performances.
For his latest film Rangasthalam, starring Ram Charan and Samantha Akkineni, DSP roped in folk singer Shiva Naagulu to lend vocals for the folklore song ‘Aa Gattununtaava’. During the pre release event of the movie, DSP also praised the singer for his work. But everyone was shocked after the release of Sukumar’s directorial venture Rangasthalam because Shiva Nagulu’s song was replaced with DSP.
Recently during the media interaction, Shiva Nagulu fired on DSP for letting him down by not giving any information prior to the film’s release. The folk Singer alleged that the makers have not informed him about the last minute change and added that he has no idea why his voice has been replaced in the film. He said, “At the released event, DSP invited me on to the stage and praised me but now he has replaced my song with his latest version. I am not able to understand the reason behind it.“
