Actor Sai Ram Shankar, the brother of noted director Puri Jagannad, is back with romantic thriller drama ‘Nenorakam’, directed by Sudarshan Salendra. Let’s see how the film turns out to be.
Story: Gautam (Sai Ram Shanker) is an orphan and happy guy, who works as recovery agent in Panduga Finance. He falls in the love of a beautiful girl Swechcha (Reshmi Menon) and tries to impress her by telling lies. When Sewchcha was about to express her love, she gets kidnapped and Gautam starts getting threatening calls. Who is Kidnapper? What is the reason behind Sewchcha’s kidnapping? How will Gautam get back his love? To get these answers, one should watch the movie on silver screen.
Performance: Sai Ram Shankar has got the best role and he has given the finest performance in the movie. He impresses the audiences with his looks, expressions and performance. Reshmi Menon is good as per the limitations of his character. Sarath Kumar as usual, delivers his wonderful performance. 30yrs Pruthvi,Viva Harsha entertain in the movie with their comedy. Aditya Menon, MS. Narayana and others perform accordingly.
Technical: The music of Mahat Narayan, the brother of late music director Chakri is one of the major highlight. The songs are good and melodious. The BGM has elevated many key scenes in the movie. The cinematography by Siddharth Ramasamy is perfect. Production values are good. Editing of Karthik's could have been far better. The story line is impressive. Screenplay is good and dialogues are written well.
Analysis: Nenorakam is different from the other routine films. There is a lot of good and interesting stuff that appeal the audiences. It is surely going to bring some good name for Sai Ramshankar as an actor. The first half of the movie is loaded with romantic track of hero trying to impress actress with lies and finally having a interval twist, which connects to the audience well. The movie is showcase of the social burning problem that is facing by the parents these days. The writer has done fantastic job in writing the storyline which connects to the youth and entertaining screenplay. The movie has its moments which are at the right places and it is an engaging movie.
