Samantha Akkineni starts dubbing: Samantha Akkineni who has delivered a series of hit movies this year- Rangasthalam, Mahanati and Abhimanyudu, has started the dubbing of her upcoming movies- Super Deluxe, Seema Raja and U Turn. This news is confirmed by Samantha Akkineni herself as she wrote on the wall of her Twitter, “The calm before the storm !! Samantha Akkineni starrer action thriller Super Deluxe is helmed by Aaranya Kaandam fame Thiagarajan Kumararaja, produced by Tyler Durden And Kino Fist, in association with East West Dream Works Entertainment & Alchemy Vision Workz. Samantha Akkineni is playing the role of Vaembu in Super Deluxe. Apart from her, the film has other stars like Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles, and the film has the music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
On the otherside, Samantha Akkineni is waiting for the release of action comedy movie ‘Seema Raja’, directed by Ponram and produced by R. D. Raja. In this film Samantha Akkineni is paired opposite Sivakarthikeyan. Seema Raja is expected to hit the theaters in September on the occasion of Vinayaka Chaturthi
Recently during the media interaction Samantha Akkineni said that she would be seen playing village belle in Seema Raja and she had trained for her role in this film by learning the weapon-based ancient art form Silambam. Earlier Samantha Akkineni had also posted a video of practicing Silambam on her social networking page that went viral.
On the otherside, Samantha Akkineni will also be seen in Telugu and Tamil remake of the Kannada blockbuster ‘U Turn’ directed by Pawan Kumar. In its original version Shraddha Srinath played the lead role.
Recently in an interview, Samantha spoke about her ex-boyfriend. The actress compared him to Gemini Ganesan’s character from Nag Ashwin’s Mahanati. A couple of years ago, Samantha, the wife of Akkineni Naga Chaitanya, was romantically linked with Siddharth.
