Recently Local court granted one day custody of congress leader Vikram Goud to Banjara Hills police in a self staged 'attempt to murder' case. On 3rd August, Banjara Hills police arrested Vikram Goud, the son of former minister Mukesh Goud, for planning a bid on his own life to gain sympathy of voters, family and friends. A day prior to Vikram's arrest, police arrested the five co-accused, S Nanda Kumar, Shaik Ahmed, Raees Khan, K Babujan and A Govind Reddy, hired by Vikram to execute the planned attempt on his life.
The City Police on Wednesday questioned Vikram Goud in connection with the self staged 'attempt to murder' case. From morning 10 am to 3:30 pm he was questioned by DCP Venkateshwara Rao’s team and after the health check up by Apollo doctors, Vikram was presented before the magistrate and later shifted to Chanchalguda jail.
