Gopichand has hit a great patch now with his latest film “Goutham Nanda”. According to industry analysts, the film has already done terrific pre-release business with its theatrical rights. Now the satellite rights of the film were sold for a huge amount.
According to the latest update, Gemini TV has acquired the satellite rights for an astounding Rs.5.50 Cr which is the highest that any film starring Gopichand was ever sold for. Recently Dil Raju acquired film's theatrical rights in Nizam area for 6.30 Cr, the film has also fetched Rs 4 Cr in ceded and the Hindi dubbing rights said to had raked in another 4.75 Cr.
The sources say that distributors are offering a fancy figure for the area and the business is likely to be closed there soon. Directed by Sampath Nandi, produced by J Bhagwan and Pullarao under Sri Balaji Cine Media banner, the film starring Hansika Motwani and Catherine Tresa in female lead.
