Ram Charan's much anticipated flick 'Rangasthalam 1985’ shoot is progressing at a brisk pace in the direction of  creative and talented film maker Sukumar. According to the latest update, Uttarandhra Rights  of the film have been sold out to AV Cinema  for whooping price of Rs 9 Cr on NRA basis with just Rs 50 Lakhs is recoverable. This is the third highest price for any Telugu film after SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2: The Conclusion and Pawan Kalyan & Trivikram Srinivas’s Agnyaathavaasi. Similar offers are coming in the other areas as well much to the delight of the makers.

 

 It is village based drama, in which Samantha Akkineni is playing the female lead.  Anasuya Bhardwaj will be seen in important role whereas DJ and Mukunda fame Pooja Hegde will be seen shaking leg in item song. Mythri Movie Makers who produced blockbusters like Srimanthudu and Janatha Garage are producing the movie.  The film has the music by Devi Sri Prasad.  This is the third combination film of Charan and DSP after Yevadu and Toofan. The makers are planning to release the film on 29th March 2018.
