Joker got nominated in 11 categories including that of Best Actor, Best Director, Best Original Score, Best Cinematography, Best Sound Design, Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Costumes, Best Sound Editing, Best Film Editing and Best Makeup-Hairstyle.
Joker is a psychological thriller drama, directed by Todd Phillips, who co-wrote the screenplay with Scott Silver. Joaquin Phoenix essayed the role of Joker. Apart from him, the film Joker also has Robert De Niro, Zazie Beetz, Frances Conroy, Brett Cullen, Glenn Fleshler, Bill Camp, Shea Whigham, and Marc Maron. Joker was released in India on 2nd October 2019 and it was Samantha Akkineni’ favorite film.
