Uppalapati Venkata Suryanarayana Prabhas Raju popularly known as Prabhas has completed 19 years in Telugu films today. His fans are celebrating the occasion with special posters and hashtag #19YearsForPrabhas.
Prabhas, the nephew of Telugu actor Uppalapati Krishnam Raju, made his grand debut in Telugu film Industry director Jayanth C. Paranjee’s directorial venture Eeswar , which was released on 11th November 2002. The fans of Baahubali star are celebrating this special day on Twitter with photo and video tributes for Prabhas with much fanfare. Though his first movie Eeswar did not do well at the box office, he was noticed for his role as the angry young man. In his journey in the film industry, from Eeswar to Saaho, there are many movies which have left an imprint in the movie lover’s hearts. There are several scenes, be it action, comedy or romance where Prabhas has proved his mettle as an actor.
Pan Indian star Prabhas has emerged as one of the best actors in recent times with hits like Mirchi, Baahubali Series and Saaho. It has been 19 years since Prabhas was introduced as a hero and is making Telugu cinema audiences proud.
On the work front, Prabhas will be seen playing the lead roles in Adipurush, Salaar, Spirit, Radhe Shyam and Project K.
