After proving his talent as a child artist in the late 80s, Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu made his debut as a lead hero with the movie Rajakumarudu, which was released in 1999 which was a successful venture at the box office. Later Mahesh Babu came up with his second film Yuvaraju which was released in 2000. This YVS Chowdhary directorial venture starring Mahesh Babu remained as a musical hit in the career of Mahesh Babu. It’s been 21 years of its release. Yuvaraju was released on14th April 2000 and finally the movie completed 21 years today.
Mahesh Babu Yuvaraju has Simran and Sakshi Shivanand as the leading lady. This YVS Chowdhary directorial venture gave Mahesh Babu the tag “Prince”, as Yuvaraju means prince. The movie was dubbed into Tamil as Sammatham Tharuvala and in Hindi as Ek Aur Rajkumar.
Yuvaraju is all about the story of Srinivas (Mahesh Babu) who falls in love with Srivalli (Sakshi Shivanand). When they are getting engaged, Sri Latha (Simran) enters their lives and changes their lives.
