3 hrs 2 times 2500$ (Actress rate for S*x): Tollywood s*x-racket in US Tollywood s*x racket which was busted recently in Chicago by USA Police, has already created lot of buzz in Telugu Film Industry because  the s*x racket  was running by Telugu couple (producer) Kishan Modugumudi  aka Sreeraj Chennupati and his wife Chandra aka Chandrakala aka Vibha Jayam. The 41-page affidavit against Kishan Modugumudi and Chandrakala Modugumudi alleges the couple forged letterheads of reputed organizations such as Telugu Association of South California (TASC) and North America Telugu Society (NATS), to lure the girls to Chicago. In one text conversation recovered, Chandrakala, demands $2,500 from a client for “3 hrs 2 times.”

 According to the police report, Kishan Modugumudi and Chandrakala had forged their own visa documents. Kishan Modugumudi’s visa application was rejected twice in 2014 for submitting fake documents. But later he got a six-month visa and traveled to Chicago on 5th April, 2015, but never came back to India. In the same way Chandrakala also went to USA on 11th August 2015,  her visa was extended in February 2016. Her second visa request was denied, but Chandrakala too continued staying.

On 16th February, when officials searched the residence of Kishan Modugumudi and Chandrakala in Chicago, they  found 70 condoms, forged permanent-resident and forged letters from the American Telugu Association to the US Consulate General in Hyderabad requesting visas.

 The officials also recovered a  handwritten note with the name of a victim, that reads: “room 207,” “2 times,” “January 19 venkat” and “1000$.’

 According to the police report, a model, two actors, an anchor and a “Telugu and Kannada major actress” were some of the victims.
