Kollywood Superstar Rajinikanth completes 45 years in the film industry. He made his debut with director K Balachander’ film ‘Apoorva Raagangal’ which was released in 1975. Apart from Rajinikanth, the film also had versatile actor Kamal Haasan and Srividya in the lead roles. Rajinikanth who has ruled Kollywood for decades is completing 45 years in cinema on 15th August. Rajini’ fans are planning to celebrate this occasion in a big way. The number of celebs have already released the common DP. There is also a special hashtag #45YearsOfRajinismCDP, which is trending on Twitter.
Soundarya Rajnikanth, director Lokesh Kanagaraj, Atlee, Sivakarthikeyan, Raghava Lawrence, Dulquer Salmaan, Malayalam star Mohanlal, Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty and many other released the common DP for Rajinikanth’ 45th year in cinema.
Meanwhile, Superstar Rajinikanth will be seen next in upcoming film Annaatthe, which is helmed by Siruthai Siva. Apart from Kabali star, the film also has Khushbu Sundar, Meena, Lady superstar Nayantara and National award winning actress Keerthy Suresh in the crucial roles. The music of this film is scored by D Imman, the cinematography and editing will be handled by Vetri and Ruben. Though Annaatthe was supposed to be a Diwali release, the Coronavirus pandemic has affected its shoot.
