Nani has competed a decade in Telugu Film Industry. He made his debut as an actor with Ashta Chamma, directed by Mohan Krishna Indraganti, which was released on 2nd September 2008. Colours Swathi aka Swathi Reddy played the love interest of Nani in this romantic drama. The movie received positive reviews and became a super hit at the box office. Nani and Colour Swathi’s performances were the main highlights of this film.
Nani was an assistant director and worked with Srinu Vaitla and Bapu, before working as an RJ for World Space Satellite in Hyderabad. He turned producer in 2013 for the film D for Dopidi, which was co-produced by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. in which Sundeep Kishan and Varun Sandesh played the lead roles. Nani also lent his voice to the film. This year he also produced a movie AWE starring Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menen, Srinivas Avasarala, Regina Cassandra and others.
Nani has delivered number of hit movies in his filmy career. His popular movies are- Yevade Subramanyam, Bhale Bhale Magadivoy, Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gaadha, Gentleman, Majnu, Nenu Local, Ninnu Kori, MCA (Middle Class Abbayi). Though his previous offering Krishnarjuna Yuddham, was turned out flop at the box office but his performance received lot of applause. On the workside, Currently Nani is busy in his upcoming multistarrer project Devadas, which is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Sriram Adittya. Akkineni Nagarjuna is also the part of this comedy entertainer and will make his screen presence as gangster whereas Nani will be seen as doctor. Recently Nani also announce a sport based drama Jersery, which is currently in pre-production stage.

Nani is also the host of Bigg Boss 2 Telugu. According to Kaushal Army and TV viweres, Nani is being partial towards Singer Geetha Madhuri and Tanish, and he is also targeting Kaushal. Today Nani took to his Twitter and wrote, “Logged in to share something nice with all of you and I saw few of ur replies regarding BB .. the team believes that I need not reply but how can I not 🙂 So here’s my last and only reply regarding the show.” Nani said, in Bogg Boss 2 house, all are equal for him.
