Today Bollywood actor Aamir Khan with Naga Chaitanya and Rajya Sabha MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar participated in the ‘Green India Challenge’ by planting saplings at the old airport at Begumpet, Rajasthan. Aamir Khan, Naga Chaitanya and Rajya Sabha MP Joginapally Santosh Kumar planted the saplings.
Aamir Khan also appreciated the efforts of TRS Lok Sabha member Santosh Kumar in taking forward Green India Challenge and appealed to people to come forward for actively participating in the plantation.
After planting the saplings at the old airport at Begumpet, Aamir Khan spoke to the media and showered praises on the TRS Lok Sabha member for bringing such a good initiative. PK actor said that the Green Challenge is quite unique and the need of the hour. He further said, “Green India Challenge has become a key driver for improving greenery.”
Other Celebrities like Big B aka Amitabh Bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar, Shraddha Kapoor, Chiranjeevi, Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Shruti Haasan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Young Rebel Star Prabhas, Krishna, Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Superstar Mahesh Babu, SS Rajamouli, Samanta, Pullela Gopichand, PV Sindhu, Saina Nehwal and Sania Mirza have participated in the challenge till now.
On the otherside, Naga Chaitanya and Mr Perfectionist will be seen working together in Laal Singh Chaddha.
