Acharya is the recent project of Koratala Siva that remained as the biggest disaster at the box office in his directing career. Now, he involved with the business side of the film . He grabbed the film from the producer Niranjan Reddy for Rs 4 crores premium above his investment. As he is reported to resolve the losses that were incurred to the purchasers, he is currently in a trouble to do so.
Especially, the distributors of the top areas Nizam and Ceeded are compelling the director to pay for the losses. But there is no such stress from Andhra region, as the film was released by the director’s friends there.
So, in order to come out of the pressurizations, Koratala Siva has decided to sell his luxurious plot in Hyderabad, that worth nearly Rs 40-45 crores. Koratala said that he will compensate all the buyers of this film with the amount which he will gain from his property in the coming days.
