The young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda is going through a tough phase in his career. His previous offering – the romantic drama World Famous Lover, which hit the theatres on Valentine’s Day, received negative response by the audience and critics. He is pinning a lot of hopes on his upcoming film Fighter, which is helmed by Puri Jagannadh and presented by Karan Johar.
It is known news that the shooting of the movies were stalled due to the lockdown. Even though most of the big budget productions have resumed shootings, there has been no clarity on when Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh’ Fighter shooting will resume.
Recently Arjun Reddy star Vijay Deverakonda opened up about his project Fighter and revealed, “ Neither Puri Jagannadh nor I are in a hurry to resume the shoot. We are waiting for the action choreographer who will fly from Thailand to Mumbai. But this is not the right time to travel with this Coronavirus Pandemic.”
This Telugu and Hindi pan India film is being bankrolled by Puri Jagannadh and Charmee Kaur and it has b Town actress Ananya Pandey as leading lady. The sport based movie Fighter marks Vijay Deverakonda’ debut in Bollywood. Vijay will sport long hair in Fighter.
