Malayalam actor ND Prasad, who has essayed minor roles in several Malayalam movies, was found dead by hanging at his residence. This incident took place on 26th June at 7: 30 pm. According to the reports, ND Prasad was found hanging from a tree at his residence in Kalamassery, Kochi. The action hero Prasad was 43.
Kochi: ND Prasad, who played the role of a villain in Nivin Pauly’s 2016 film ‘Action Hero Biju’ was found hanging at his residence in Kalamassery. According to local authorities, Prasad is a suspect in many crimes. In the past he was charged in several police cases, including being caught with drugs. Apparently, last year, in a raid by the Ernakulam Excise Circle office, he was arrested for possession of 2.5 grams of hash oil, 0.1 grams of buprenorphine, 15 grams of ganja and a machete. According to reports, several police cases were pending against Prasad at various police stations.
Prasad was a member of the Kavungaprambil clan. He is survived by his wife and two children. The police are claiming that mental stress and family issues led to Prasad’ suicide.
He has also acted in few films Iba and Kirmani. He was one of two characters shown in a suspenseful scenario involving a police shooting in the Nivin Pauly film.
