Bengali model turned actress Bidisha De Majumdar was found dead in her apartment in Kolkata and according to the latest report, the police have also recovered a suicide note.
Bidisha De Majumdar was a popular model before she made her acting debut with a short film titled ‘Bhaar- The Clown’ which was released in 2021. The 21-year-old actress used to live in a rented flat there for the last four months. The police recovered the actress’s body from her flat at Nagerbazar area on 25th May evening. The Barrackpore Police entered her house by breaking the door, and found her body hanging. The case has been registered and the investigation has been started.
The police have sent Bidisha De Majumdar’ body to RG Kar hospital for postmortem and they have also recovered a suicide note from her house.
The police are also gathering information from her close friends and the family members. The police suspect it to be a case of suicide. The news of Bidisha De Majumdar’ sudden demise has left her fans shocked.
Recently, a Bengali television actress Pallavi Dey was also found dead at her flat in Garfa, Kolkata and now Bidisha De Majumdar was founded dead in her flat.
