Shika Malhotra, a nurse, has decided to help Covid-19 patients, and  started to work at the isolation ward of Hindu Hruday Samrat Balasaheb Thackerey Trauma Centre in  Jogeshwari area, Mumbai. Shika Malhotra is a TV serial actress and her latest indie film released on 7th March. Shikha Malhotra was also seen in Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan starrer Fan, and now she has joined a BMC-run hospital to assist doctors fighting covid-19, coronavirus. The actress has a nursing degree from Delhi.

On Friday, she joined the BMC-run Hinduhrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Trauma Centre in Mumbai’s Jogeshwari as a volunteer nurse.
Shika Malhotra is a multi-talented lady who is popular for live dance shows, and sings the songs. Shika has acted in short roles in songs and in various serials and the movie Shahrukh Khan’s Fan

Recently PM Modi asked for all former doctors, healthcare workers and other people who belong to the medical field to re-join the hospitals immediately, Shika Malhotra is said to have applied to 4-5 hospitals and finally landed as a volunteer nurse at the hospital.

Recently Shika Malhotra  posted a video on Instagram where she urged people with medical degrees, practitioners and non-practitioners, and retired doctors and nurses to join forces against the Coronavirus pandemic.
