Coming on the first look poster of Adbutham, the lead pair, Teja Sajja and Shivani Rajasekhar are seen sitting but in contrasting backgrounds. The upcoming film marks the debut of Shivani in Telugu Film industry.
This poster indicates that Adbutham is not just a romantic drama but it also has science fiction elements.
