The mythological movie Adipurush starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon is going to release worldwide on June 16. Om Raut of Tanhaji fame is directing this movie which is based on the story of Ramayana. Saif Ali Khan is playing Ravanasur in Adipurush. There are reports that People Media Factory has acquired the Telugu theatrical rights of this movie Adipurush for around 185 crores.
Tollywood circles are saying that People Media Factory has spent more than 200 crores including GST for Prabhas’s movies. Adipurush has become the highest selling Prabhas movie in recent times.
People Media Factory will also co-produce the crazy project of Prabhas titled Spirit. Sandeep Reddy Vanga is the director and People Media Factory will co-produce the film along with T Series. UV Creations sold off their stake to People Media Factory.
It is rumored that there is a possibility of holding a huge promotional event for this movie in Telugu States soon. A pre-release event is going to be held in Tirupati in the first week of June. With a budget of around five hundred crores, director Omraut has shot the movie Adipurush using live motion capture technology. This movie is going to be released in IMAX version along with 3D.
