Akhil Akkineni who has delivered back to back commercially flop movies in his filmy career, has joined hands with Bommarillu Bhaskar for an upcoming untitled film. Now according to the latest buzz in the film industry, Akhil Akkineni is going to reunite with actress Aamani. 24 years ago, Aamani played the role of Akhil Akkineni’ mother in Sisindri, which was released in 1995.
Now once again Aamani is going to work with Akhil Akkineni in this upcoming untitled film, which will be helmed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. Thus, both of them are reuniting after a gap of more than 24 years. An official confirmation is awaited regarding it.
Aamani made her debut in a lead role opposite Naresh in the Telugu film Jamba Lakidi Pamba, which was helmed by EVV Satyanarayana. The film turned out to be a blockbuster. She has paired as the lead actress opposite actors like Dr.Vishnuvardhana, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Krishna, Jagapathi Babu and Kamal Haasan. She was last seen in Hello Guru Prema Kosame starring Ram Pothineni, Anupama Parameswaran and Pranitha Subhash, in 2018.
Akhil Akkineni and Aamani starrer will be bankrolled by Mega producer Allu Aravinda under the banner of Geetha Arts. Currently the hunt for the female lead is on.
