It is known that Warangal Sreenu bought the Nizam rights of Megastar Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan and Pooja Hegde starrer social drama Acharya for a heavy price. Apparently, he spent over Rs 40 cr for the Nizam rights of Acharya but now it is being heard that he may lose up to 50 % of what he spent on Koratala Siva’ magnum opus. Now the reports are coming that Warangal Sreenu is planning to recover the loss with young and happening actor Vijay Deverakonda starrer Liger.
The sources say that Warangal Sreenu is going to acquire the Nizam rights of Puri Jagannadh’ magnum opus Liger in which Ananya Panday is sharing the screen space with Vijay Deverakonda. If Liger turns out to be hit, it will recover his losses.
Nizam area is completely in the grip of noted producer and distributor Dil Raju and every big film releases in this area through his backing. It’s very difficult to get theatres in the Nizam area without Dil Raju’ help. But the distributor Warangal Sreenu broke this monopoly in the Nizam area and he is giving a tough competition to Dil Raju. Warangal Sreenu gained a lot of recognition during the time of Ravi Teja starrer blockbuster drama Krack.
