Abhishek Bachchan took to his Twitter and said in a tweet that his wife Aishwarya Rai and his eight year old daughter had tested negative for coronavirus and been sent home. Abhishek Bachchan also said, “My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff.” According to Jr Bachchan, they are still recovering from the disease in Nanavati Hospital.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, the daughter in law of Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan aka Big B, has been discharged from Mumbai’s Nanavati Hospital, where she was being treated for Coronavirus, after a 10-day stay.
Aishwarya tested positive a day after her husband Abhishek Bachchan and father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan. The actress was isolated at the Bachchan residence for about a week and then shifted to hospital on 17th July. Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan had already been taken to hospital on 11th July. Jaya Bachchan tested negative for the Coronavirus.
Amitabh Bachchan announced on 11th July that he had tested positive for Covid-19 and was in hospital – soon after, Abhishek Bachchan announced soon after that he had tested positive for Coronavirus as well and was also in the same hospital.
On the work front, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan will be seen in Mani Ratnam’s epic drama Ponniyin Selvan.
