Nandamuri Balakrishna is working for upcoming action entertainer Akhanda, which is carrying the sky level expectations. The recently released teaser of Akhanda has generated good buzz among the movie lovers and expectations are very high on this film. The teaser was filled with the trademark dialogues of Balakrishna and gravity defying action choreography. Balayya Babu was seen as an aggressive aghora and a devotee of Lord Shiva. Given the high expectations and huge buzz, it has been widely reported that Theatrical and Digital rights of Akhanda, which is helmed by Boyapati Srinu, have clocked between Rs 80-90 crore, the highest for Balakrishna starrer.
Boyapati Srinu is a specialist in making Oora mass movies and designing gravity defining action sequences in his directorial ventures. If after the release, the movie receives positive response, Balakrishna starrer can make big numbers at the box office.
Pragya Jaiswal is playing the female lead in this action drama which is being bankrolled by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under the banner of Dwaraka Creation. Balakrishna is collaborating with director Boyapati Srinu for the third time after the duo had earlier collaborated on blockbusters movies Simha and Legend respectively.
After wrapping up the shoot of Akhanda, Balakrishna is all set to join hands with Gopichand Malineni of Krack fame which will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
