Akhanda re release Box office collections: The month of November is considered as unseasonal by the box office, as the number of people coming to the theaters is less than expected. Only a few notable movies have been released, but many theaters are empty, so the makers are re-releasing old movies in the theaters. Recently, Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer action drama Akhanda was also re released in the theaters. According to the latest report, the film has got decent collections with minimum occupancy in theaters even in limited re-release. The collections of Akhanda is in the range of Rs 4 lakhs in the first day. These are decent numbers. The re-releases of recent hits and old movies are useful for the theater owners until new movies are released.

Pragya Jaiswal is playing the female lead in this film which is directed by Boyapati Srinu and produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under the banner of Dwarka Creations. The movie marks the third collaboration between Balakrishna and Boyapati after Legend and Simha which were blockbuster hits at the box office. It also features Srikanth in the important roles.
