Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently working with Boyapati Srinu for an upcoming action drama Akhanda, which is one of the much hyped movie of Tollywood. According to the latest buzz, Balayya Babu plays the dual role in which one of the characters will be playing the role of Aghora. The makers have already wrapped up the shoot and now the reports are coming that the official announcement regarding the release date of Akhanda is on the way.
According to few, Akhanda will arrive at the theaters on the occasion of Dusshera. The action thriller is produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under the banner of Dwaraka Creations banner. It also has Kanche fame Pragya Jaiswal in the female lead role alongside Balakrishna.
Akhanda marks the third collaboration between director Boyapati Srinu and actor Balakrishna after the 2010 movie Simha, followed by Legend that released in 2014. Boyapati Srinu, who is known for making mass masala movies, made his directorial debut with Bhadra, starring Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and Meera Jasmin.
Balakrishna starrer which has Srikanth in the role of antagonist, has music by S Thaman. The cinematography work was taken care of by C Ram Prasad whereas Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao is the editor of the film.
