Agent is an upcoming Telugu film starring Akhil Akkineni. It is a spy thriller drama, which will be released on 12th August, 2022 in theaters worldwide. Sakshi Vaidya and Bheeshma Parvam fame Malayalam actor Mammootty are playing the important roles in Akhil starrer which is helmed by Surender Reddy.
Malayalam star Mammootty plays a full-length role in this film after the 2019 Political drama ‘Yatra’. Fans might get to see him as a military officer in this project.
The makers took to social media today and announced that they will reveal the release date of Agent’s teaser at 05:05 PM today. Fans and movie lovers are eagerly waiting to watch the teaser of Akhil starrer.
Funded by AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema, the movie has the music by Hiphop Tamizha. The film Agent is touted to be inspired by American – German film ‘Bourne’ series and its lead character Jason Bourne in India.
In Agent, Akhil Akkineni is essaying a spy whereas Mammootty is playing a villain. The screenplay is provided by Vakkantham Vamsi. Naveen Nooli is handling the editing department and Hiphop Tamizha is the music director, whereas Ragul Herian Dharuman is the cinematographer. Ajay Sunkara, Pathi Deepa Reddy are the co-producers of Agent.
