Akkineni Akhil‘s upcoming movie Agent is the most anticipated project that has been in making for many months. As the film is in the last leg of its shooting, the makers have revealed its release date. Taking to Twitter, they tweeted, “Agent Arriving in theatres Worldwide this SANKRANTHI 2023.”
So, the film has also joined the list of Sankranthi releases like Mega154, NBK107, Adipurush and others and Akhil is all set to contest equally with the biggies Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna and Prabhas during the occasion of Pongal 2023. But the official release date of the film is yet to be disclosed.
Directed by Surender Reddy, Agent is a spy action thriller, written by Vakkantham Vamsi. Sakshi Vaidya plays the female lead alongside the Akkineni hero and the legendary actor Mammootty played a prominent role in this film. Hiphop Tamizha set lyrical tunes.
Rassol Ellore and Naveen Nooli are taking care of cinematography and editing works individually. Agent is produced by Rambrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema banners, while Goldmines Telefilms and B4U Films are the distributors.
