Alia Bhatt, who is making her debut in Telugu film industry with an upcoming big budget film, got hospitalized. The actress who recently started the shoot of Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial venture ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ was admitted to a hospital due to exertion. The sources say that Alia Bhatt was rushed to a hospital due to exertion and exhaustion during the shoot of upcoming Hindi movie Gangubai Kathiawadi in Mumbai.
She was admitted and discharged from the hospital on the same day after recovering. Kalank actress returned to the sets of the film Gangubai Kathiawadi on the very next day. The film Gangubai Kathiawadi is slated to hit the theaters this Diwali.
Earlier during an interview, Alia Bhatt had spoken about Sanjay Leela Bhansali’ film and had revealed that it is based on Gangubai, who was remembered as ‘The Madam of Kamathipura’ in history. At an early stage, Gangubai was pushed into the prostitution, and later she became aninfluential pimp with number of gangsters as her client.
Apart from ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and RRR, Alia Bhatt also has a film ‘Brahmastra’ directed by her best friend Ayan Mukerji, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead roles, whereas King Nagarjuna in the role of cameo.
