Mahesh Babu starred upcoming 25th film Maharshi is one of the most awaited movie of this summer. Currently the shoot is going on at the brisk pace in the direction of Vamsi Paidipally. It is known that Maharshi has Allari Naresh where he will be playing the role of Mahesh Babu’s friend who brings a major twist to the story. The sources close to the film unit revealed the highlight of Maharshi and said, “Allari Naresh is playing Mahesh Babu’s friend and the story will take a new turn after the death of Allari Naresh. The loss of childhood friend Allari Naresh leaves an impact on Mahesh Babu that changes his life and he decides to bring changes in the society.”
The sources added that Maharshi is all about friendship, love and sacrifices. Vamsi Paidipally’s directorial venture – a social thriller drama, is all about an NRI returning to his native village and doing his part.
The sources revealed that Vamsi Paidipally has written an amazing character which will bring back Allari Naresh on silver screen and this is going to improve him as an actor too.
Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead in Mahesh Babu and Allari Naresh starrer Maharshi, which is being bankrolled by C. Ashwini Dutt, Dil Raju and Prasad V. Potluri, under the banners of Vyjayanthi Movies, Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music. There is a buzz that Mahesh Babu may be appearing in five different roles in it. Maharshi will showcase the transition of his character from a college student to an entrepreneur. However, the filmmakers are tight-lipped about it.
Mahesh Babu was last seen in Koratala Siva’s directorial venture Bharat Ane Nenu, which was hit at the box office. On the other side, Allari Naresh’s previous offering Silly Fellows, which was ended up commercially flop at the box office.
